Every project I have done so far is a sprint.
Crippling interest rates and maxed out credit cards means the project has to get done whether I like it or not…
I promised myself that this project would be different.
I think this best explains the vision.
If I were to have rushed to get the tiny home done I would have paid £109 for a kitchen base unit..
Because I have time I can wait for opportunities and build for a fraction of the cost it should be.
I have mentioned this before but “reduced to clear space” is such an insane way to save a fortune buying materials.
Builders merchants like Wickes need to get rid of items which people bought online and did not collect within the 3 days they were meant too.
The store has to sell said items quickly to free up space otherwise the warehouse becomes overflowing.
Their solution is instead of returning to main factory they sell for either £10 or £50.
So far I have £840 worth of brand new items and I have only paid £110.
