The Ultimate 2025 Investment Blueprint: My Stock Portfolio, Beating Everyone to The 4th Market Revolution….

In 2024, I made more money than I ever have before.

The feeling of seeing that amount hit my personal account is something I will never forget.

I saw an opportunity and capitalised on it. I got called insane and with hindsight now everyone is asking me how I knew….

People say money doesn’t buy happiness but I can tell you it buys a lower heart rate….

There is so much peace that comes with money and then you get the excitement in realising you have hit a new level….

Money makes Money…

I worked in finance for just over 6 years and have quite negative feelings towards the financial market.

I believe it is so deceptive as many investors do not understand basic percentages..

10% return on £1,000 is £100…..

The annual fee of owning said stocks is 1% and then the cost to invest had a dealing charge which can be up to £11…

You risked £1000 for an entire year to earn an amount of money which will just about pay to fill your car with petrol…

You lost the opportunity cost of that money as it could have been invested into a side hustle where the return on investment could have potentially returned £10,000 that year…

You worked hard, saved and almost……. almost had a successful business….

It's hard to measure almost, as almost doesn’t matter.

The truth is £10,000 doesn’t return a substantial amount either…

10% of £10,000 is only an annual return of £1000….

I realised all of this back in 2015….

I saw my colleagues investing into bs pensions/ stocks and shares ISA’s.

I noticed that everyone was doing the same things as everyone else….then acting surprised when they got the same results.

I despised the way they talked saying things like “I cannot wait to be 67 and retire”

It irritated me…

Sitting around waiting for enough time to pass to collect pay cheques and allocate tiny percentages of said cheque to a fund with the dream that one day you can retire and be happy….. what asking waste of time.

It annoyed me so much that I never contributed to a pension. I reinvested everything I earned into business ideas and property.

Property is everything to me as it really is the only investment asset banks will lend money for…

Rather than the stock market, property serves as tangible collateral with relatively stable long term value, while stocks in most cases are highly volatile and lack physical security.

If you have £10k savings and a £30k salary you can buy a house worth £200k….

That means your exposure to the property market is now £200k…….

Where as your stock market exposure would only be £10k…..

Meaning a 10% gain in property would add £20k in value(obviously you will be paying interest on loan so there is a cost to the greater exposure)

That £10k in stock market would have only gained £1,000 (There will be a charge owning the stock of around a 1%)

If that isn’t enough confirmation for why I push property so much then here’s a major incentive.

Your £10k in the stock market?

Go add value to it?

Oh that’s right….

You are on a wave which you have no control over and at the exposure of global events.

The £200k in property however with a small investment into modernisation and new bathroom it is easily possible add £50k to it if you bought well.

Now on the topic of buying well….

This is where the stock market can lead to making unbelievable amounts of money and I am going to explain my portfolio for 2025 in this Newsletter…. The Stocks I have picked/ funds etc……. (One has gained +135% in 5 days…)
